Our ridged pans are designed to spread the heat uniformly so that the syrup boils evenly. The pans have 7" ridges and can be oriented in the sap or fire. How the ridges are positioned is up to the client. They are argon-welded for maximum durability. Before delivery to our customers, these pans go through rigorous quality control.
